Terms of Service

1. What this service is
iBrain Gym is a cognitive performance tool developed by iBrain LAB. It helps you understand how your mind is performing day to day through a series of short, science-informed tests — measuring focus, memory, reaction speed, and mental flexibility. This is a wellness and self-awareness tool. It is not a medical device, clinical assessment, or diagnostic service.
2. Not a medical device
This product is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis. iBrain Gym does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The results you receive are informational and intended for personal insight only. If you have concerns about your cognitive health, please consult a qualified medical professional.
3. Who can use this service
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use iBrain Gym. By using this service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please do not share your login with others.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use iBrain Gym only for its intended purpose — personal cognitive tracking and wellness. You must not: • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the service • Use the service to harm, deceive, or impersonate others • Interfere with the platform's infrastructure or security • Use automated tools to access or interact with the service • Share, resell, or redistribute your account access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Account and access
Your account gives you access to your personal session history, cognitive trend data, and any premium features you have unlocked. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend access to accounts that are inactive for more than 24 months.
6. Payment and subscriptions
iBrain Gym offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand • Prices are shown clearly before purchase and include applicable taxes • You will receive a confirmation email after each successful payment • Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges For details on cancellations and refunds, please see our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
iBrain Gym is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will be accurate for any specific purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iBrain LAB shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data or cognitive insights due to technical issues • Decisions made based on the results provided by the service Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Intellectual property
All content, scoring models, algorithms, and design elements within iBrain Gym are the intellectual property of iBrain LAB. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
