Refund Policy

1. Our refund position
We want you to feel confident purchasing iBrain Gym. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right. As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused subscription time. However, we handle each case with care — if you have a genuine concern, please reach out.
2. When refunds are available
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations: • Technical failure: You were charged but could not access the service due to a fault on our side • Duplicate charge: You were billed more than once for the same subscription period • Billing error: An incorrect amount was charged • New subscription within 48 hours: If you subscribed and have not used any premium features, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase Refund requests outside these conditions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. What is not refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds: • Subscriptions where premium features have been actively used • Requests made more than 30 days after the charge date • Lifetime access purchases (except in the case of service discontinuation — see below) • Partial billing periods after cancellation
4. Lifetime access — special case
If iBrain Gym is permanently discontinued, lifetime access holders will receive a pro-rated refund based on the time remaining relative to a 5-year expected service life. We will provide at least 90 days notice before any such event.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@ibrainlab.de with: • Your account email address • The date of the charge • A brief description of the issue We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
