Cancellation Policy

1. How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly within the app — no SMS required, no waiting on hold. To cancel: • Go to Account → Manage Subscription • Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm Your cancellation takes effect immediately, but you will retain full access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. SMS is never required to cancel your account or subscription.
2. When billing stops
Once you cancel, no further charges will be made to your payment method. • Monthly plans: billing stops at the end of the current month • Yearly plans: billing stops at the end of the current year • Lifetime plans: there is no recurring billing — your access is permanent You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation is processed.
3. Access after cancellation
After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier at the end of your billing period. You will: • Keep access to all free features indefinitely • Lose access to premium-only features (trend graphs, extended history, advanced insights) • Retain your session history and cognitive data — nothing is deleted You can resubscribe at any time to restore premium access.
4. Lifetime access
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. There is nothing to cancel — your access is permanent for as long as iBrain Gym operates. In the unlikely event that we discontinue the service, we will provide at least 90 days notice and a pro-rated refund where applicable.
5. Lost access to your phone number
If you no longer have access to your registered phone number, please contact support at support@ibrainlab.de to verify your account through an alternative method. We will not lock you out of your account due to a phone number change.
